Jamia Hamdard MBBS Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a background in science, with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology serving as their primary subjects and English serving as a prerequisite.

The minimum grade a candidate must have received in their senior year is 50%.

 

The NEET-UG 2022 exam must have been passed by the candidates.

 

He or she is at least 17 years old at the time of admission or will be by December 31 of the year of admission to the first year of the MBBS/BDS course.

 

The maximum age limit is 25 as of the exam date, but candidates from the SC, ST, and OBC categories as well as those qualified for reservation under the 2016 Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act receive a 5-year age relaxation.

 

Candidates can enrol in the first year of the MBBS programme only after passing the following prerequisite tests:

 

With the last two years of study consisting of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course of English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after the introduction of the 10+2+3 years e, the Higher Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination, which is equivalent to the 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination after 12 years of study, is given after 12 years of study.
